In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), Una Divina Esperienza s.r.o., as the personal data controller, hereby informs its customers of the following:

Purpose of personal data processing
We process personal data for the purpose of performing a contract for work, purchase contract or similar contract that you enter into with us. Your personal data is processed upon receipt of your request for our services and also upon pricing, conclusion of a contract for work/binding order of services and performance of a concluded contract for work or other similar contract.
We also process personal data for the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests in the exercise of your claims arising from defective performance, quality guarantee or under the Civil Code. The purpose of processing your personal data may also be the protection of our rights and legitimate interests consisting in the recovery of a claim for payment of the price of the work, the purchase price or a similar consideration under the contract in the event that you have not paid such consideration in full and on time, although it should have been done by you. We will process personal data to fulfil our obligations under the Accounting Act, the Income Tax Act and the Value Added Tax Act.
We will process personal data for marketing purposes.

Period for which the personal data will be processed
We will process customers' personal data for the duration of the performance of the rights and obligations of the purchase contract relating to the subject matter of the contract and for the duration of the quality guarantee provided, or until the purchase price is paid, but no longer than for the period stipulated by the Accounting Act, the Income Tax Act and the Value Added Tax Act, i.e. 10 years to store tax documents from the end of the tax period. in which the performance took place.
Categories of recipients of personal data
We are obliged to hand over the personal data of our customers to state authorities in charge of state administration in the field of tax administration. In the event of a legal dispute, personal data will also be transferred to the competent court.
Rights of data subjects
According to the Regulation, customers have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we process under the conditions of Article 15 of the Regulation,
- request the rectification of inaccuracies in the processed personal data under the conditions set out in Article 16 of the Regulation,
- request the erasure of personal data under the conditions of Article 17 of the Regulation,
- request restriction of the processing of personal data under the conditions of Article 18 of the Regulation,
- to obtain the personal data we process in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, under the conditions of Article 20 of the Regulation,
- object to the processing of personal data under the conditions of Article 21 of the Regulation,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection under the conditions of Article 77 of the Regulation.
